    Euthanasia

    LPA: Euthanasia should be legal if a patient has no medical chance of recovering from an illness. We believe that it is not the province of government to legislate morality. The right to take one's own life when faced with a painful condition that will certainly end in death not be taken away from that person. To do otherwise is wrong and immorral as well as cruel.

    Thanks for your input. We all agree that when society as a whole is affected as in violence to another, or stealing, then it is within the provence ofgovernment to legislate morality. At the same time, what someone does with their own life should not be a government issue.
